The most well-known type of tea. There are many varieties with different tastes depending on where they come from - some of the regions our teas are from include Assam, Darjeeling, Sikkim, and Kenya.

This one is Shaktea’s all time top seller! This fruity and floral black tea contains hibiscus, sunflower blossoms, rose blossom leaves, and mallow blossoms. Amazing both hot and iced!.

Steep 1 teaspoon of tea in 1 cup of 95° water for 5 minutes. For iced tea, use 3 teaspoons, steep, and pour over ice.


This classic Indian chai is all kinds of spicy. This balanced blend of black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, ginger, and black pepper is both delicious and 100% organic!

For optimum flavour, use 2 teaspoons of tea for every cup of water and cook on a stovetop for at least 20-30 minutes. Strain and serve with milk!


Our smooth, malty Main Street Breakfast, named in honour of Shaktea’s first home, is perfect when you need a strong start to your day. It’s made of broken Assam black tea and goes perfectly with milk and sugar.

Steep 1 teaspoon of tea in 95° water for 5 minutes. Serve plain or with milk and sugar.


They say the London Fog was invented right here in Vancouver, BC! This homage to that sweet Earl Grey and vanilla drink is ideal on a grey, rainy day.

Steep 1 teaspoon of tea in 95° water for 3.5 minutes.
 For a true London Fog, use 3 teaspoons of tea, add a dash of vanilla, and top with steamed milk!
