Herbal teas, or tisanes, can be made of almost anything -
the possibilities are endless!

Many herbal teas have soothing health properties that make them the perfect partner just before drifting off to sleep.

CINNAMON PLUM

Honeybush, rooibos’ honey kissed cousin, comes together with cinnamon, mallow blossoms, and plum pieces for a cup that’s the perfect amount of light and sweet.

Steep 1 teaspoon of tea in 1 cup of 95° water for 5 minutes - or steep continuously for even more sweetness!

This Ayurvedic-inspired tea will lift you high and higher. Lemon peel, lemongrass, ginger root, liquorice root, and black pepper are perfect for soothing sore throats and runny noses.

SUN & FRUIT

Welcome summer at any time of year! This cup of rose blossom leaves, sunflower, jasmine, papaya and raspberry will have you thinking of citrus flowers and tropical fruit. Makes an incredible iced tea, if we do say so ourselves.
